Sihlwald campsite
Overnight stay in the middle of the Sihlwald Nature Discovery Park
The Sihlwald campsite is located directly on the River Sihl, in the middle of the Sihlwald Nature Discovery Park. The Zurich Wilderness Park visitor center with its nature museum, a large playground, barbecue areas and an otter enclosure with aquarium is just a few minutes' walk away. The campsite offers 60 tourist pitches and 15 seasonal rental pitches.
At the campsite you will find peace and quiet around the campfire, fun with billiards, table tennis and ball games on the small play area. Of course, there is also a playground for younger guests. In the summer months, the Sihl invites you to swim. The campsite is very centrally located for hiking, cycling and other excursions.
How to get there
Sihlwald railroad station is only a few minutes' walk from the campsite.
From the highway, it is best to take the Zurich-Brunau exit after the Uetliberg tunnel. Then drive in the direction of Adliswil from Zurich to Langnau am Albis and cross the village to Sihlwald. The campsite is signposted after Langnau am Albis.
Catering
The campsite bistro «Jäsys Beizli» is open daily and offers small snacks, crepes or ice cream as well as hot meals. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
